No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel to understand website traffic and measure advertising results. These providers may receive page URLs, online identifiers, IP address, and device or browser information. We send TikTok only standard page-view and lead events; we do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, roofing details, or other contact-form fields, and TikTok Advanced Matching is not enabled. TikTok tracking is disabled on our financing and insurance-claim pages. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings.

When you submit a lead form, our server may send Meta a one-way hashed version of the phone number and email address you provided, together with an event identifier, the source page, IP address, and browser information. This is used to measure advertising results and reduce duplicate conversion reporting; the plain-text phone number or email address is not sent in that server event.
